Day 1: TOKYO

We meet at 12:25 at the “THY” check-in counter in the Departures Hall of Istanbul New Airport International Terminal. After check-in, passport, and customs procedures, we depart for Tokyo at 15:25 on Turkish Airlines flight TK50 (11 hours 5 minutes).

Day 2: TOKYO

Arrival at 08:45. Upon arrival, we begin our tour, visiting Meiji Shrine, the Imperial East Garden (exterior view), and the Electronic Shopping District. After dinner, we check in at our hotel for overnight stay. Accommodation: 4* Villafontaine Shiodome Hotel or similar.

Important: As this is an overnight flight, today will be a physically demanding day. We kindly ask our guests to take this into consideration when joining the tour.

Day 3: TOKYO

After breakfast at the hotel, we visit Tsukiji Fish Market, Asakusa District, Kannon Temple, Nakamise Shopping Street, Tokyo Mosque, the world’s busiest pedestrian crossing—Shibuya Crossing—where approximately 3,000 people cross at once, the Hachiko Statue, and Ginza Avenue. After dinner, overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 4: OSAKA

After breakfast at the hotel, we board the world-renowned Shinkansen high-speed train, reaching speeds up to 300 km/h, and travel from Tokyo to Osaka (550 km – approx. 2 hrs 30 min). Upon arrival, our Osaka city tour includes visits to Osaka Castle and the Dotonbori District. After dinner, overnight stay at our hotel. Accommodation: 4* Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower or similar.

Day 5: NARA – KYOTO

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Nara (30 km). We visit Todai-ji Temple and the deer that roam freely in its gardens. We then head to Kyoto (50 km), where we visit Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), a Zen Buddhist temple covered in gold leaf. After the tour, we return to Osaka (55 km). Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 6: SEOUL

After breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to Osaka Airport and take a local flight to Seoul, the capital of South Korea (1 hr 50 min). Upon arrival, our city tour includes Gangnam District, the Korean War Memorial, and Namsan Hill. After dinner, overnight stay at our hotel. Accommodation: 4* GLAD Yeouido Hotel or similar.

Day 7: SEOUL

After breakfast at the hotel, we visit Gwangjang Market, Gyeongbokgung Palace—built in 1935 by the Joseon Dynasty and considered the largest palace in South Korea—and the traditional Bukchon Hanok Village. After dinner, we transfer to Seoul Airport for our return flight.

Tickets: Your tickets are Electronic Tickets, and upon providing your name to the airline officer at the counter, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, you must be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, please arrive 2 hours prior.

Your Passport and Other Documents: Participants who haven't received their passports will be handed them by our officers at the Airport. Those who haven't sent their passports to our company must bring their IDs and passports, checking the passport expiration date.

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:

The full service fee is due at the time of registration.

If the customer cancels 30 days in advance, they are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, etc. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations.

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the service, 50% of the price paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations.

Cancellations within 15 days will not be refunded. Return fees, if any, will be refunded in the same method as the initial payment.

In the event of unfair termination by the agency, all payments made by the customer will be refunded within 14 days.

Health: Bring necessary medications and prescriptions, as some medicines may not be readily available in Turkey. Review http://www.seyahatsagligi.gov.tr/ for more information.

During the Journey: To streamline your journey, please adhere to your group leader's departure time instructions. Safeguard your valuables and money in hotel safes. In case of loss or damage to personal belongings, inform your group leader promptly. All flights are non-smoking, check luggage tags after every flight, and have the hotel's business card handy.

If the passport officer does not allow the passenger to enter the country despite having a visa, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
