Day 1: TUNIS

We meet at the International Departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport. After completing passport and customs procedures, we depart for Tunis. Upon arrival at Tunis Carthage Airport, we board our vehicle and head to the ancient city of Carthage. Founded by the Phoenicians, Carthage is a vast archaeological site located on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Tunis and the surrounding plains. After visiting this ancient site along our route, we begin our Tunis city tour. We explore the old city Medina, Bab El Bhar (Sea Gate), Zitouna Mosque, Yusuf Dey Mosque, and the house where the famous historian, sociologist, philosopher, politician, and statesman Ibn Khaldun (1332–1406) was born. We also visit the Ukba Mosque, where he received his early education, and the mausoleums of the Ottoman beys in Tunis (Tourbet El Bey). We then stroll through the modern parts of the city: French Avenue and Habib Bourguiba Avenue. After the tour, we head to the touristic city of Hammamet. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: HAMMAMET

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Kairouan, one of the oldest Islamic cities, founded by Ukba ibn Nafi. Kairouan is the first city in North Africa to embrace Islam, the entry point of Islam to the African continent, and the site of the first mosque and the first call to prayer. We visit the Aghlabid Pools, the tomb of Companion Abu Zama al-Balawi, the Great Mosque of Ukba, and the Barouta Well. Afterwards, we continue to the city of El Djem to see its magnificent 3rd-century Roman amphitheater. We then drive to the coastal city of Sousse, located on the Gulf of Hammamet and known as a traditional center for olive oil and textile production. The Medina of Sousse has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1988 for preserving its cultural and historical values amid modern development. Wandering through Sousse’s maze-like narrow streets, you’ll be amazed by the centuries-old architecture. We visit Sousse Mosque, the Fortress, and Port El Kantaoui, a harbor area designed like a white and blue Tunisian village with cobblestone streets. After the tour, we return to Hammamet. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: MEHDIA – MONASTIR

After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the coastal city of Mahdia, which served as an Ottoman sanjak (district capital) on the Mediterranean. On our city tour, we visit the Great Ottoman Fortress Borj el-Kebir, built in 1595, the old city Medina, Mahdia Grand Mosque built during the Fatimid period in 916, and Skifa Kahla, the gate of the old city. After completing our visits in Mahdia, we continue to the historic city of Monastir, located along Tunisia’s coastline. One of the city's most important structures is the Monastir Ribat, a large fortress complex rising by the sea. It is one of Tunisia’s oldest and best-preserved fortresses, originally built for defense during the Middle Ages and now a major tourist attraction. We then visit the Habib Bourguiba Mausoleum and return to Hammamet. With its white beaches, beautiful gardens, archaeological sites, museums, and jasmine-scented air, Hammamet draws us in once again. After a short tour of the old city Medina, we return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: HAMMAMET

After breakfast at the hotel, the entire day is free. You can enjoy the beach and the sea at your leisure. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: HAMMAMET – NABEUL

After breakfast at the hotel, we head to Nabeul. This city is famous for its beautiful ceramic and tile products, with many pottery workshops and stores. After visiting the old city Medina, we proceed to the Bardo Mosaic Museum in Tunis. Founded on May 7, 1888, this museum is one of the most important in the Mediterranean region in terms of collection richness and is the second-largest museum in Africa after the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. With hundreds of stunning mosaics spread across dozens of halls, the Bardo Museum rightfully earns the title of "World’s Largest Mosaic Museum." After our museum visit, we head to Sidi Bou Said, a charming town perched on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean, famous for its cobbled streets and blue-and-white houses. This mystical, authentic, and fairy-tale-like town is home to frescoed cafés, Tunisian restaurants, and small art galleries. After strolling through its enchanting streets, we transfer to the airport. Following baggage and ticket procedures, we board our flight to Istanbul, marking the end of our tour.

Prayer Times: Please remember to bring slippers and prayer rugs for each tour. Depending on the region's conditions, our guide will direct you to suitable prayer locations. 

Tickets: Your tickets are Electronic Tickets, and upon providing your name to the airline officer at the counter, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, you must be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, please arrive 2 hours prior. 

Your Passport and Other Documents: Participants who haven't received their passports will be handed them by our officers at the Airport. Those who haven't sent their passports to our company must bring their IDs and passports, checking the passport expiration date. 

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:  

The full service fee is due at the time of registration. 

If the customer cancels 30 days in advance, they are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, etc. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the service, 50% of the price paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

Cancellations within 15 days will not be refunded. Return fees, if any, will be refunded in the same method as the initial payment. 

In the event of unfair termination by the agency, all payments made by the customer will be refunded within 14 days. 

Health: Bring necessary medications and prescriptions, as some medicines may not be readily available in Turkey. Review http://www.seyahatsagligi.gov.tr/ for more information. 

During the Journey: To streamline your journey, please adhere to your group leader's departure time instructions. Safeguard your valuables and money in hotel safes. In case of loss or damage to personal belongings, inform your group leader promptly. All flights are non-smoking, check luggage tags after every flight, and have the hotel's business card handy. 

Solo Female Travelers: You are more than welcome! We have solo female travelers on each tour to ensure you feel like you're traveling with friends. 

Unavailable Dates: If the dates aren't available but you want to experience the tour, fill out the reservation form, and with at least 4 people, we can arrange a similar experience on suitable dates.
