Short Program Summary:

Day 1: We depart from Ankara Esenboğa Airport and arrive in Belgrade. Upon arrival, we meet our guide and vehicle and continue to Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia.

Day 2: We visit the Halveti Lodge, Gazi Mehmet Pasha Hammam, the open-air Namazgah where Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror and his army prayed, Bayrakli Mosque, the Marash district and bridge, the 400-year-old Great Plane Tree, Emin Pasha Mosque, Turkish Consulate General in Prizren, the Stone Bridge over the Bistrica River, Shadervan Square, Sinan Pasha Mosque, the churches of St. George and the Catholic Church, the surviving minaret of the destroyed Arasta Mosque, and the Serbian district, still bearing the scars of war.

Day 3: We see the 1,100-year-old plane tree, Zeynel Abidin Pasha Lodge (Halveti Lodge), Ali Pasha Mosque, Ohrid Bazaar famous for its central square and pearl shops, St. Clement’s statue, and a paper-making workshop using ancient Chinese techniques from the 2nd century BC. We also visit Hagia Sophia Church and the Ancient Theatre.

Day 4: In Tirana, we see the Turkish and US Embassies, the construction of a four-minaret mosque financed by the Turkish Religious Foundation, the statue of Suleyman Pasha, founder of Tirana, the central square, Ethem Bey Mosque, Clock Tower, National Museum, University Building, Opera and Ballet Theatre, the statue of national hero Skanderbeg, Parliament, Ministry buildings, and the Presidential Palace.

Day 5: In Budva, we visit the fortress built by Napoleon, the medieval shops preserved within the castle walls, Catholic and Orthodox Churches, Marina, Weapons Square, Clock Tower, Pillar of Shame, Cathedral of Saint Tryphon, Artisan Street, Tulumba Fountains, River Gate, and St. Luke’s Square.

Day 6: In Mostar, we visit the Martyrs’ Mosque and its cemetery, Mostar Bazaar, Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque, the Turkish Consulate General in Mostar, the famous Mostar Bridge, Tara Tower, Kriva Cuprija (Crooked Bridge), Tabakhane Mosque and Hammam.

Day 7: In Sarajevo, we explore the Sebil Fountain built in the 18th-century Bosnian style, the only active art street from the Ottoman era “Coppersmiths’ Street,” Bazaar Mosque, Morica Han and the Youth Muslim Organization "Mladi Muslimani," Gazi Husrev Bey Mosque and Mausoleum, Clock Tower, Lead Madrasa, Gazi Husrev Bey Museum and Library, Europe’s first public toilet, Latin Bridge known as the place where WWI began, Hünkar Mosque built in the name of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror, Horse Square - Archery Field, Bakır Baba Mosque built by Bursa Municipality, Orthodox Church, Alija Izetbegović Park and local retirees playing chess, Ferhadija Mosque, Ferhadija Street (Sarajevo's Istiklal Avenue), Jewish Synagogue, Catholic Cathedral – Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Sarajevo Roses, the site of the Bakery Massacre, the Eternal Flame commemorating the liberation of Sarajevo from German occupation on April 6, 1945, the Markale Market, the site of the 1994 massacre, and Vijećnica (City Hall), built during the Austro-Hungarian era and later burned in the war, causing the loss of many manuscripts. After a walking tour in Baščaršija, we return to Belgrade, have dinner, and check in to our hotel.

Day 8: In Belgrade, we visit the Parliament Building, Hotel Moscow, Terazije Square, Republic Square, National Theatre, Alexander Nevsky Church, the oldest neighborhood of Belgrade Dorćol, the Zoo, Nebojša Watchtower, Sava Dock, Main Bus and Train Terminals, the Prime Minister’s Office, bombed Ministry of Defense and General Staff buildings from the 1999 NATO attacks, Ambassadors Avenue, Partizan Stadium, St. Sava Church, Slavia Square, Yugoslav Theatre, University Park, Sheikh Mustafa’s Tomb, Bayrakli Mosque, Kalemegdan Fortress with a view of the Sava and Danube rivers, Istanbul Gates, Open-air Military Museum, Clock Tower, Damat Ali Pasha Mausoleum, Sokullu Mehmet Pasha Fountain, Defterdar Gate, Old Ottoman Hammam, Victor Monument, the building used today as the Belgrade Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments (formerly Pasha’s Mansion), Karadjordje Gate, Serbian & French Friendship Monument, the spot where the Ottoman Pasha handed over the keys of Belgrade in 1867, Knez Mihailova Street (Belgrade’s Istiklal Street) with shops and cafés, Delijska Fountain, and Republic Square with the statue of Prince Mihailo.

Prayer Times: Please remember to bring slippers and prayer rugs for each tour. Depending on the region's conditions, our guide will direct you to suitable prayer locations. 

Tickets: Your tickets are Electronic Tickets, and upon providing your name to the airline officer at the counter, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, you must be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, please arrive 2 hours prior. 

Your Passport and Other Documents: Participants who haven't received their passports will be handed them by our officers at the Airport. Those who haven't sent their passports to our company must bring their IDs and passports, checking the passport expiration date. 

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:  

The full service fee is due at the time of registration. 

If the customer cancels 30 days in advance, they are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, etc. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the service, 50% of the price paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

Cancellations within 15 days will not be refunded. Return fees, if any, will be refunded in the same method as the initial payment. 

In the event of unfair termination by the agency, all payments made by the customer will be refunded within 14 days. 

Health: Bring necessary medications and prescriptions, as some medicines may not be readily available in Turkey. Review http://www.seyahatsagligi.gov.tr/ for more information. 

During the Journey: To streamline your journey, please adhere to your group leader's departure time instructions. Safeguard your valuables and money in hotel safes. In case of loss or damage to personal belongings, inform your group leader promptly. All flights are non-smoking, check luggage tags after every flight, and have the hotel's business card handy. 

Solo Female Travelers: You are more than welcome! We have solo female travelers on each tour to ensure you feel like you're traveling with friends. 

Unavailable Dates: If the dates aren't available but you want to experience the tour, fill out the reservation form, and with at least 4 people, we can arrange a similar experience on suitable dates.

  • For all passport types, our agency has no compensation obligation if the passport holder cannot participate in the tour due to a passport that is valid for less than 6 months from the date the tour ends. 
  • If the passport officer does not allow the passenger to enter the country despite having a visa, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 
  • Our company's cancellation and refund policies apply in case of possible issues with visas. 
  • We only provide document consultancy services for visas obtained through our company. If the visa is not issued, there will be no refund for the visa fee. Our cancellation and refund policies apply to refunds for the tour fee. 
  • Flight confirmations must be made by the passenger 48 hours before the tour departure time. 
  • For all international departures, guests must be present at the relevant port 3 hours before the tour departure time. 
  • Any connecting domestic flights arranged by our company are included in the next international flight. 
  • We strongly recommend that our guests do not book domestic flights themselves. 
  • If the guest is unable to attend the tour due to being late, the responsibility lies with the passenger. Our agency has no compensation obligation.
