Short Program:

Day 1: After ticket and baggage procedures, we depart with our scheduled flight to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Upon arrival, you will be greeted at the airport and transferred to the hotel. Check-in and free time to rest. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Jeddah Corniche Circuit for the 1st Practice Session (FP1) between 16:30 – 17:30. We take our seats in the grandstands and enjoy the first track experience. After a short break, we attend the 2nd Practice Session (FP2) from 20:00 – 21:00. Transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3: After breakfast, transfer to the track for the 3rd Practice Session (FP3) between 16:30 – 17:30. In the evening, we follow the Qualifying Session from 20:00 – 21:00 to see which position each driver will start from on the grid. After the program, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: After breakfast, free time until the afternoon. Transfer to the track later in the day. Following the support races and events, we will have the chance to watch the Driver Parade and pre-race shows. At 20:00, the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix begins. After about 2 hours of thrilling racing, we witness the podium ceremony live. After the race, transfer to our hotel in Mecca.

Day 5: For guests who wish, early morning departure (04:00) to Jabal al-Noor, where Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) received the first revelation from Angel Gabriel. The Hira Cave, located at the summit, is where the first verses of the Quran were revealed. (Note: the climb is steep and physically demanding, taking approx. 50 minutes. No WC or ablution facilities.) Optional morning prayer at the summit. Return to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, Mecca city tour: viewing Mount Thawr (Sevr), and visiting Mina, Muzdalifah, Arafat, and the stoning of the devil (Jamarat) area. Continue with a visit to Hudaybiyyah, where the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah was signed, and stop at a camel farm where you can taste camel milk. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay in Mecca.

Day 6: Early morning optional prayer at the Holy Kaaba. Return to the hotel and breakfast. After breakfast, transfer to Jeddah. Upon arrival, city tour begins with a visit to Al Tayebat International City Museum, featuring mosques, artifacts, and traditional architecture. Continue with a one-hour Red Sea boat tour, then explore the historical Al-Balad district (Old Jeddah), founded in the 7th century and the city’s historic center. Dinner and free time. Gather at the designated time for transfer to Jeddah Airport.

Day 7: Departure to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. End of our memorable tour.

Prayer Times: Please remember to bring slippers and prayer rugs for each tour. Depending on the region's conditions, our guide will direct you to suitable prayer locations. 

Tickets: Your tickets are Electronic Tickets, and upon providing your name to the airline officer at the counter, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, you must be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, please arrive 2 hours prior. 

Your Passport and Other Documents: Participants who haven't received their passports will be handed them by our officers at the Airport. Those who haven't sent their passports to our company must bring their IDs and passports, checking the passport expiration date. 

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:  

The full service fee is due at the time of registration. 

If the customer cancels 30 days in advance, they are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, etc. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the service, 50% of the price paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

Cancellations within 15 days will not be refunded. Return fees, if any, will be refunded in the same method as the initial payment. 

In the event of unfair termination by the agency, all payments made by the customer will be refunded within 14 days. 

Health: Bring necessary medications and prescriptions, as some medicines may not be readily available in Turkey. Review http://www.seyahatsagligi.gov.tr/ for more information. 

During the Journey: To streamline your journey, please adhere to your group leader's departure time instructions. Safeguard your valuables and money in hotel safes. In case of loss or damage to personal belongings, inform your group leader promptly. All flights are non-smoking, check luggage tags after every flight, and have the hotel's business card handy. 

Solo Female Travelers: You are more than welcome! We have solo female travelers on each tour to ensure you feel like you're traveling with friends. 

Unavailable Dates: If the dates aren't available but you want to experience the tour, fill out the reservation form, and with at least 4 people, we can arrange a similar experience on suitable dates.
