Ankara Departure Spain & Andalusia Tour with AJet, 6 Nights 7 Days (Barcelona Arrival - Madrid Return)

The group meets at Ankara Esenboğa Airport's international terminal and flies to Madrid on a scheduled AJet flight. A city tour begins right after arrival, covering Gran Via street, Plaza de España, the Don Quixote monument, the Egyptian-style Pyramids temple, the Royal Palace (from the outside), the ruins of Madrid's Great Mosque, Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol (with free time here), followed by a bus ride past Paseo de la Castellana, the Cibeles Fountain, and the Real Madrid stadium. After the tour, the group transfers to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, the group travels to Cordoba, once the capital of Al-Andalus; after seeing the Roman Bridge and the Guadalquivir River, the group enters the old town through the Roman Gate. The tour also includes the modern City of Arts and Sciences, home to Europe's largest aquarium and the giant dome called the Hemisferic. After breakfast, a Barcelona city tour covers the Christopher Columbus Monument, the Sagrada Familia church, La Rambla, Montjuic Hill, the Plaça d'Espanya and Plaça de Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, Gran Via, the former Andalusian bullring, the Olympic Port, and Park Güell, an open-air showcase of architect Antoni Gaudí's colorful mosaics and organic shapes.
