Grand Morocco Tour (Departure via Tangier - Return via Casablanca)

We meet at Sabiha Gökçen Airport on the night of Thursday, October 15, and after baggage and customs procedures depart at 01:15 on October 16 aboard Air Arabia flight 3O529 to Tangier, landing at 04:00 local time. We meet our local guide and head toward Chefchaouen, stopping for breakfast at a restaurant along the way. On arrival in Chefchaouen, known for its blue-painted houses, we take a panoramic tour of the Kasbah, the Medina, and Mohammed V Square. After the tour we transfer to Fes, where we have dinner and stay overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast we begin our tour of the Fes Medina, the old city. The tour takes in the Attarine Medrese, the old Al Qarawiyyin University, Nejjarine Square, and the craftsmen's market selling traditional Moroccan jewelry, copperware, and handmade goods. We also visit the historic tannery district by the Fes River, where leather is still processed using traditional methods. After the tour we have dinner and spend the night at our hotel.

After breakfast we travel to Rabat, Morocco's capital, where on arrival we take a city tour covering the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Royal Palace. We then continue to Marrakech, check into our hotel, and have free time afterward.

After breakfast our Marrakech city tour begins with a spiritual visit to the tombs of Sidi Ben Slimane el-Jazuli, Sidi Abdulaziz Tebbaa, and Sidi Bel Abbes. We then see Bahia Palace, built for Ba Ahmed, the Koutoubia Minaret, the souks, and Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, known as the "Courtyard of Miracles." After the panoramic city tour we visit the Majorelle Garden, designed by the famous fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. At the end of the tour we return to our hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast we take a day trip from Marrakech to Essaouira on the Atlantic coast. This former Portuguese town, now a UNESCO World Heritage fishing port where art and culture intertwine, offers a tour of its kasbah, harbor, and a Medina inspired by old Roman cities, followed by free time to shop in its narrow, winding streets. Back near Marrakech, we have dinner at the famous Chez Ali venue accompanied by Berber musicians and folklore performances, followed by a display of horseback riders. We then return to our hotel for the night in Marrakech.

After an early breakfast we drive to Casablanca, where we take a city tour covering the Hassan II Mosque, the world's third-largest, the Medina, Mohammed V Square, United Nations Square, the Habous district, and the Ain Diab area and Corniche on the Atlantic coast. After the tour we transfer to Mohammed V International Airport to complete baggage and customs procedures. We depart for Istanbul at 16:40 on Air Arabia flight 3O437, landing at Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 23:20 local time, bringing our Morocco tour to a close.
