Visiting

AMMAN - PETRA
AMMAN - PETRA

Day 1: AMMAN - PETRA

We meet at Istanbul New Airport's international terminal. After completing our ticketing and baggage procedures at the Royal Jordanian Airlines counter, we fly to Amman. Upon arrival at Amman Airport, we complete our entry procedures and board the bus waiting for us. We then transfer to our hotel in Amman. After having dinner at the hotel, we retire to our rooms for rest.

Day 2: AMMAN - JERICHO - JERUSALEM

We have breakfast at the hotel and get ready in the lobby with our luggage at the time specified by our guide. We set off by bus to visit Petra. After completing our Petra tour, we proceed to Jerusalem. At the Jordan-Palestine border, we complete our customs procedures and cross into Palestine. From there, we board the Jerusalem bus waiting for us and head to the city of Jericho. In Jericho, one of the world's oldest settlements with a 10,000-year history, we photograph the Mount of Temptation and the Greek Orthodox Monastery and enjoy a short free time. On the way back, we visit the shrine and complex of Prophet Moses. Next, we view the Dead Sea (Sea of Lot), which lies 400 meters below sea level and is believed to be the site of the destruction of the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, from the bus while receiving information about the region (there will be no descent to the shore; only a distant introduction will be provided). We then proceed to Jerusalem and arrive at our hotel. After returning from Al-Aqsa Mosque for evening and night prayers, we have dinner and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: JERUSALEM

After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our Old City tour of historic Jerusalem by entering through Damascus Gate. Passing through the bazaar, we reach Al-Aqsa Mosque Complex via Cotton Merchants Gate and visit the Qaitbay Fountain within the courtyard. We visit the Dome of the Rock, built around the Foundation Stone where Prophet Muhammad ascended to the heavens during the Night Journey (Isra and Mi'raj). We also visit the Buraq Mosque, where the Prophet tied his steed upon arrival from Mecca, as well as the Qibla Mosque, Ancient Mosque, and Marwan Mosque. We perform Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque. In the afternoon, we visit the Western Wall (Buraq Wall) - also known as the Wailing Wall - and the Jewish Quarter, considered one of the holiest sites for Jews. We proceed to Umar Square and visit the Mosque of Umar, built on the site where Caliph Umar (r.a.) prayed upon his arrival in Jerusalem in 638. We then visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, believed to house the tomb of Jesus Christ. Here, we see the stone slab where his body was laid after being taken down from the cross, as well as his tomb. The church, built on Golgotha Hill, also features a historic ladder left in a window during an Ottoman decree in 1852. After visiting the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, we go to Bab al-Rahma Muslim Cemetery to visit the graves of the companions Ubadah ibn al-Samit and Shaddad ibn Aws. We then have free time for worship at Al-Aqsa Mosque. Guests can also shop at the bazaar or from Muslim shopkeepers near the hotel. At the end of the day, we return to our hotel in Jerusalem, have dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 4: JERUSALEM - HEBRON

We perform the morning prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque and then have breakfast at the hotel. After checking out, we head to Mount Zion. Here, we visit the tomb and complex of Prophet David and the site where Prophet Jesus is believed to have had the Last Supper with his disciples. We then proceed to the city of Hebron. At the Tomb of the Patriarchs, we visit the graves of Prophets Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, as well as their wives and Prophet Joseph (a.s.). Later, we visit the shrine of Prophet Jonah in the town of Halhul. On our return to Jerusalem, we head to the Mount of Olives.
