Day 1: TURKESTAN

We will depart for Turkestan on Turkish Airlines flight TK256 at 01:10 (flight duration approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes). Our arrival is scheduled for 07:40. After completing passport and customs formalities, we will have breakfast and then start our city tour of Turkestan. On this tour, we will visit significant historical sites located along the ancient caravan route from Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva to northern Kazakhstan, including the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi (known as Piri Turkestan), the Ancient Turkestan Settlement, the Old Cemetery, the Fortress, and the Halvet Underground Mosque. After dinner, we will stay at hotels like the Hampton by Hilton Turkestan Hotel.

Day 2: TURKESTAN - OTRAR

The Mausoleum of Arslan Baba (teacher of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi), the Archaeological Site in the Ancient Otrar Settlement, the Otrar Museum, Abay Park, Freedom Park, Bazar Samal.

Day 3: SHYMKENT - TASHKENT

Chernayevka Uzbekistan Border Gate, the original manuscript of the Quran from the era of Caliph Uthman, Barak Khan Madrasah, Kukeldash Madrasah, Kaffal Shashi Mausoleum, Tilla Sheykh Mosque, Amir Timur Square, Independence Square, Ali Shir Nava'i Theater and Square, and the Market.

Day 2: TURKESTAN - OTRAR

After having breakfast at the hotel, we will set off for Otrar, the homeland of the Medieval philosopher and scientist, Farabi (70 km away). Upon our arrival, we will visit the mausoleum of Arslan Baba, the teacher of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, the archaeological site at the Ancient Otrar Settlement, and the Otrar Museum. After these visits, we will proceed to Shymkent (150 km). During our panoramic city tour in Shymkent, we will see Abay Park, Freedom Park, and Bazar Samal. At the end of the day, after dinner, we will stay at hotels such as the Aidana Hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will head towards the Chernayevka Uzbekistan Border Crossing (106 km). We will cross the border on foot (a distance of 500 meters). After exiting Kazakhstan and entering Uzbekistan, completing customs and passport formalities, we will meet our vehicle on the Uzbekistan side and proceed to Tashkent (25 km). During our tour, we will visit the Poi Kalon Complex, Kalan Minaret, Mir Arab Madrasah, Ark Fortress, Lyabi Hauz Mosque, Ismail Samani Mausoleum, Prophet Job's Well and Mausoleum, and the Char-Minar Madrasah. Following the tour, we will have some free time for shopping. After the free time, we will depart for Tashkent on the Afrosiyob high-speed train at 15:44 (approximately 4 hours and 9 minutes). Our arrival is scheduled for 19:53. After having dinner in Tashkent, we will proceed to the airport for our return journey.

Tickets: Your tickets are Electronic Tickets, and upon providing your name to the airline officer at the counter, your boarding pass will be issued. For international flights, you must be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure, and for domestic flights, please arrive 2 hours prior. 

Your Passport and Other Documents: Participants who haven't received their passports will be handed them by our officers at the Airport. Those who haven't sent their passports to our company must bring their IDs and passports, checking the passport expiration date. 

Cancellation and Refund Conditions:  

The full service fee is due at the time of registration. 

If the customer cancels 30 days in advance, they are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, etc. 100% of the amount paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the service, 50% of the price paid will be refunded, excluding legal obligations. 

Cancellations within 15 days will not be refunded. Return fees, if any, will be refunded in the same method as the initial payment. 

In the event of unfair termination by the agency, all payments made by the customer will be refunded within 14 days.

During the Journey: To streamline your journey, please adhere to your group leader's departure time instructions. Safeguard your valuables and money in hotel safes.
